Email is the only channel, and it’s deliberate. There’s no phone line to be overheard on and no form that stores what you type.
We can’t answer questions about your case. Writing to us doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship, and anything you send isn’t protected the way a conversation with your own attorney would be. Keep the details out — tell us what isn’t working, not what happened in your marriage.
If you share a device or an email account with the other party, write from an address only you can reach. Our reply will say Before You File in it.
Most answers are already written down. The FAQ covers what’s included, refunds, what AutoCollect can and can’t reach, and how storage works.
We’re not an emergency service and we don’t monitor email overnight. If someone in your household is making you afraid, the resource guide lists the numbers that answer 24 hours.
